Often, asbestos projects require additional knowledge and skill of an environmental consulting team. This team properly monitors abatement activities to ensure all asbestos removal and disposal are being conducted correctly. At Batta Environmental Associates, we provide Asbestos Abatement projects with Quality Assurance Monitoring, Inspection, and Record Keeping. Our Survey Assessments are designed to ensure contractors are in compliance with all applicable specifications and laws. As always, we are committed to quickly identifying and correcting any problems during the abatement project process before these problems affect job safety or productivity.
Air Monitoring: We take pre-samples to record ambient conditions before abatement or remediation projects begin in order to help you select the proper containment and protective measures. We then monitor the air during and after the project has finished, ensuring asbestos levels remain safe and stable.
Supervision and Inspection: We assign a Project Manager and at least one Industrial Hygienist to provide field supervision for each project. This team constantly ensures that the Abatement or Remediation Contractor operates in compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements. Our personnel even use their own protective equipment to enter the work area to observe contractor practices, schedule, and potential problems.
Recordkeeping and Documentation: All projects must be thoroughly documented and then properly completed. Our team can help organize field-generated documents, such as daily site inspection checklists, personal logs, Industrial Hygienist Air Test data, and other pertinent data kept on file. At the completion of the project, our documentation package is assembled with all relevant project records.
